Regulating bath oil: warms & refreshes The Sage Purifying Bath Essence offers the ideal relaxation after sporting or any other physical activity: it warms the body while also providing refreshing and deodorising effects. The product can also be used for foot baths when feet are swollen or strained. When used on a regular basis skin is softened and sweat secretion regulated. It can also be used to cleanse impure skin types. Application: Pour 1-3 capfuls of Sage Purifying Bath Essence under running water as the bathtub fills. For foot baths, add 1-2 capfuls of Sage Purifying Bath Essence to comfortably hot (about 40°C) water. Ideally, soak feet twice a week for 10 to 15 minutes each time.
